Meghan Markle’s Words About Prince Harry Caused a Stir

Part 1 of 2

A fresh interview with the Duchess of Sussex has set off another online firestorm — not because of anything she revealed, but because of what she didn’t.

In Harper’s Bazaar’s glossy November 19, 2025 feature, Meghan Markle spoke openly about her relationship with Prince Harry, how their love shapes their private world, and how it fuels the projects they build together. She praised Harry’s devotion and lively spirit, but her choice to highlight his love while not directly stating her own feelings sparked an immediate uproar across social platforms.

Devotion, Business, and Motherhood

In the piece, Meghan reflected on her personal evolution, the pressures that come with long-term public attention, and her plans for her newly rebranded lifestyle company. She also talked about juggling the roles of entrepreneur and mother to Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.

But the internet seized on her comments about Harry.

“He loves me so boldly, fully, and he also has a different perspective because he sees media that I wouldn’t,” Meghan said, adding that Harry will always protect her simply because “he loves her more than anyone else.”

She went on to describe his joyfulness: “You have someone who just has this childlike wonder and playfulness… I was so drawn to that, and he brought that out in me. That’s translated into every part of our life. Even in business, I want us to play and have fun and explore and be creative.”

These affectionate words unexpectedly triggered doubt instead of admiration.

Online Reactions: Love or Red Flag?

Social media exploded with speculation.

“This means divorce is coming,” one user warned.

Others accused her of avoiding the subject of her own feelings. “How about how much you love him? Or do you?” one asked. Another wrote, “Nothing about her loving him.”

One commenter joked that Meghan was “confessing Harry’s love for her on his behalf,” while another questioned, “Have you noticed she never says she loves him unconditionally…?”

But plenty of supporters stepped in.
