Tammy Slaton is reveling in a monumental achievement: shedding 500 pounds on her weight loss journey.
The “1000-Lb. Sisters” television personality celebrated her latest health improvement with an Aug. 17 post on TikTok. The post features the 38-year-old reacting to another video in which she and other women appear and reveal how much weight they have shed.
The original video, shared by Teresa Parent, shows Slaton walking into the frame, where it’s revealed that she has lost 500 pounds.

“Truly absolutely amazing ladies and I’m happy to call y’all all my friends,” Slaton’s caption overlapping the video reads. “I’m so proud of each and every one of y’all. Not only are you beautiful on the inside but you’re gorgeous on the outside. Never forget.”
Slaton’s fans celebrated her latest feat.
“YESSSSS,” one user replied. “So proud of you Tammy!!!!”

TLC fans have cheered Slaton on throughout her impressive weight loss journey as the reality star continues to pursue improving her health.
In April the “1000-Lb. Sisters” star shared a photo of herself sitting poolside with her friend, psychic medium Haley Michelle, who gave Slaton a shoutout for the progress she’s made.
“Proud of you ?,” Michelle captioned the joint Instagram post, adding the hashtag #tammyslatonweightloss.

Slaton’s Instagram followers were also quick to congratulate her.
