Prince William and Kate Middleton’s lives are slowly returning to normal. The Princess of Wales revealed a while ago that she had ended her cancer treatment, but she still hasn’t fully recovered. Even so, it appears that the royal couple aren’t letting that stop them, with reports detailing that they’re now aiming to branch out into the US “market.”
According to sources, William and Kate taking the first steps to possibly doing some royal work in the US has left Meghan Markle frustrated. It’s worth remembering that the relationship between Prince Harry, Meghan and the Royal Family isn’t improving, and something William did just days ago is believed to have worsened things.
The Prince of Wales visited RAF Northolt to celebrate London Air Ambulance’s ‘Up Against Time’ campaign. But whilst there, he met one particular person who was previously quite close to Harry and Meghan. Cue rumors that the feud that started with the so-called ‘Megxit’ is being taken to a new level…
Prince William and Kate Middleton aren’t exactly the best of friends with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle anymore. Rather, the relationship is reportedly at rock bottom following the many vocal attacks made by the Sussexes in recent years.
Prince Harry & Meghan Markle – royal feud
Harry has returned to the UK a few times in the last year, but aside from his secret visit to his father following Charles’s cancer diagnosis, the Duke hasn’t met with his family. Moreover, it’s been reported that he hasn’t spoken to his brother, Prince William, for years, and the only contact Meghan has had with Kate is short calls after the latter underwent abdominal surgery in January and was subsequently diagnosed with cancer herself.
Several reports have suggested that Harry may now want a truce and possibly even misses his old life in the UK. Whether this could mark the beginning of the end as regards the feud with his family is yet to be seen, but according to royal experts, William isn’t on board with making peace.
“I still think things are too sensitive for a meaningful reconciliation with William, but the fact that he and Catherine authorised the greeting to be posted is definitely an unexpected turn of events,” royal expert Jennie Bond told OK!, referring to the Prince and Princess of Wales’ happy birthday post to Harry, per the Mirror.
“I don’t think we should hold our breath for the step to really signal the start of a reconciliation, but it was an unexpected turn of events.”

She added: “William has so much on his plate at the moment that I don’t think he has room in his heart or head to deal with all that has gone on with Harry. While the brothers may never be close again, or even live on the same continent, it doesn’t mean that the future has to be full of bitterness and bad blood. Catherine is right. Family should always be paramount.”
Meghan Markle’s two demands to reunite with the royal family
When it comes to reuniting with the royals, Meghan isn’t exactly the driving force behind any potential negotiations.
According to royal expert Tom Quinn, Meghan has two demands if the situation is to be resolved peacefully, and will only back down when “she feels that the Royal Family have been sufficiently nice to her, and grovelingly apologized for the past”.
Of course, the idea that the royals will meet those demands is highly unlikely.
Speaking to the Mirror, Quinn stated that the Prince and Princess of Wales are willing to bury the hatched with Harry and Meghan, but Meghan won’t entertain talk of a peaceful sit-down before her demands are fulfilled.
“Harry would like a reconciliation, but supports his wife completely and until she feels that the Royal family have been sufficiently nice to her – and grovelingly apologized for the past – it’s not going to happen,” Quinn said, adding that Meghan may be holding Harry back from any peace talks.

The Duchess’ “sense of grievance” is “preventing anything really meaningful happening,” he claimed. Meghan – and Harry – have made it clear that they won’t bring their children to the UK due to a perceived lack of protection, and that’s something that makes any possible reunion even more complicated.
“‘We don’t need your permission to be working royals’”
Not only that, but Harry and Meghan are said to have made certain British royals furious when they embarked on a trip to Nigeria earlier this year.
The couple were given a “royal welcome,” and according to reports, King Charles and the other senior royals felt that the couple couldn’t be controlled and, most importantly, that they should no longer be connected to the monarchy at all.
“For Charles and William, it’s as if Meghan and Harry are saying, ‘We don’t need your permission to be working royals – we will do it on our own terms whenever and wherever we like,’” Tom Quinn told the Mirror.
Harry and Meghan embarked on another trip in August, this time to Colombia, which certainly didn’t make the royals any happier. Now, though, perhaps William and Middleton have found the Sussexes’ Achilles heal.
It’s been widely speculated that Harry and Meghan want to be part of the celebrity life in Hollywood. However, reports have stated that the stars of Hollywood don’t want anything to do with them, and in the last few years, they have even lost friends who used to be close to them.
