Coughing and lung discomfort can often be alleviated using natural remedies that soothe and support the respiratory system. Two simple recipes—hot tea with bay leaves and a honey-lemon syrup infused with bay leaves—can provide comfort and relief. These remedies are gentle, nourishing, and easy to prepare at home.
Bay Leaf Tea
Bay leaves are known for their anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties, which can be beneficial for soothing throat irritation and supporting respiratory health.

- 2 cups of water
- 1 teaspoon of honey (optional)
- A slice of lemon (optional)
