The last time King Charles and Prince Harry saw each other was on May 6, the day Charles was officially crowned King of England.
Harry did attend the ceremony, but his visit was a brief one. He skipped the lunch afterward, and according to reports, many members of the royal family were actually relieved to hear he wouldn’t be staying in Britain for long.
The main reason for his quick departure was his son’s birthday, which happened to fall on the same day as the coronation.
In reality, even if he had stayed, things might have been tense, given that his relationships with his father, brother, and other close family members remain strained.

Over the past year, Harry has made numerous accusations against his family.
According to reports, there is little to no chance of “Harry to meet with William over ‘peace talks,’ as the Prince of Wales refuses to meet his younger brother.”
A friend of William’s told the Daily Beast, “He feels utterly betrayed by what Harry wrote about him in the book and said about him on Netflix.”
They went on to say, “They were very close growing up, so it has been very painful for William. But ultimately, what can he do? Just look at Spare. It’s literally William’s worst nightmare. I think it is completely understandable that right now, William is still absolutely disgusted by what his brother has done.”

It’s unclear if Charles and Harry met during the Duke’s UK visit, but many expect a reunion in November for the King’s 75th birthday. Despite past tensions—especially over Harry’s comments about Camilla—Charles may invite Harry, Meghan, and their children.
According to the Daily Mail, the celebration will be a low-key, family-focused event. A royal source stated Charles prefers a minimal affair, given the many recent royal events. Experts believe he may extend an olive branch to Harry, primarily to see his grandchildren.
