Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons fresh or dried nettle leaves
- 4 tablespoons dried cranberries
- 500 ml water
Instructions:
- Chop the nettle leaves. Bring the water to a boil, then add the nettle and cranberries.
- Let it simmer for 10 minutes.
- After that, cover and let it steep for 3 hours. Strain the tea and drink 1–2 cups a day before meals.
Homemade Cough Syrup

Ingredients:
- 3 nettle leaves (or 1 tablespoon chopped)
- 200 grams brown sugar
- 200 ml water
Instructions:
- Chop the nettle leaves. Combine with water and sugar, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Strain the mixture and pour into a glass jar.
- Take 1 tablespoon up to 4 times per day until symptoms improve. Store in a sealed glass container.
