The Amur Tiger (Panthera tigris altaica): The Amur tiger, also known as the Siberian tiger, claims the title of the largest tiger species and one of the largest felids on the planet. Males of this subspecies can reach an astonishing length of up to 12 feet (3.6 meters) from head to tail and weigh as much as 950 pounds (430 kilograms). Their thick fur, adapted to endure the harsh Siberian winters, adds to their formidable presence.

The Liger (Panthera leo × Panthera tigris): An enigmatic hybrid between a lion and a tiger, the liger showcases the blending of traits from both parent species. As a result, ligers can achieve an unparalleled size, surpassing both lions and tigers in dimensions. These magnificent creatures can grow to astonishing lengths of up to 12.5 feet (3.8 meters) and weigh as much as 900 pounds (410 kilograms).
