King Charles and Queen Camilla reportedly gave David Beckham an “incredible” gift to mark his 50th birthday.
The royal couple met the former England football star at the Chelsea Flower Show on Monday, May 19.
David, better known for his football skills than gardening, was there to support a campaign promoting horticulture careers to young people.
According to The Sun, King Charles was overheard inquiring about a birthday gift for Beckham during the event.

King Charles ‘birthday gift’ to David Beckham
According to reports, the King asked David, “You got it, didn’t you?”
David, who has been serving as an ambassador for The King’s Foundation for almost a year, gratefully responded, “It was incredible. Thank you, it was very kind.”
Queen Camilla also reportedly said, “Nice to see you again, glad you got the roses.”
She was also said to have inquired about David’s wife, Victoria Beckham. The Queen and Victoria had previously met at the Women of the World reception held at Buckingham Palace in March.

David, who met the King and Queen at the Highgrove Shop booth, reportedly said: “She’s doing very well.”
He was also seen wearing the King’s Rose — a flower that took 12 years to develop and was revealed at the annual flower show — pinned to his beige suit. Queen Camilla acknowledged the gesture by pointing to his buttonhole.
