Tips and Tricks

A natural recipe to clean arteries and lower cholesterol

Part 2 of 2
  1. Wash lemons thoroughly. If not organic, soak them in water with a tablespoon of baking soda for 30–45 minutes to help remove surface residue.
  2. Slice the lemons and squeeze out the juice. Save the peel.
  3. Crush the garlic cloves and grate the ginger.
  4. Boil 1 liter of water in a pot, add the lemon peel, garlic, and ginger. Cover, turn off the heat, and let it steep for 20 minutes.
  5. Strain the mixture, add the lemon juice, and store in a glass jar in the refrigerator.

How to use it: Drink 150–200 ml in the morning on an empty stomach for up to 10–14 days. Then take a 10-day break. If it feels too strong, dilute it with more water.

Caution: Individuals with high blood pressure or on medications should consult their doctor before consuming large quantities of garlic or ginger.

Bonus Immune-Supporting Honey Mixture (Optional)

Ingredients:

  • Sliced lemon
  • Chopped fresh ginger
  • Honey

Instructions: Layer the lemon slices, ginger, and honey in a clean jar. Refrigerate for 3 days before use. Take one tablespoon daily (or one teaspoon for children). This may help soothe sore throats and support overall immunity.

This mixture is not a cure or preventive for illnesses and should be used as part of a balanced diet.

Why These Ingredients May Support Your Health
  • Lemon is high in vitamin C, which supports immune function and acts as an antioxidant.
  • Garlic may have mild anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties.
  • Ginger can aid digestion and support the immune system.

When combined, these ingredients may offer supportive wellness benefits—but they are not a substitute for medical treatment.

Final Thoughts

Natural ingredients like lemon, garlic, and ginger can be a helpful addition to a balanced lifestyle—but they should never replace evidence-based medical care. If you’re managing high cholesterol or other health conditions, always consult your doctor before starting any natural remedy.

These drinks may support your general well-being, but managing cholesterol effectively requires a holistic approach that includes a heart-healthy diet, regular exercise, and medical guidance.
