  • 1 handful fresh Broadleaf Plantain leaves (washed)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 apple (peeled and cubed)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or any yogurt of choice)

  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)
  • Ice (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Wash the plantain leaves thoroughly.
  2. Place all ingredients into a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth, adding ice if desired.
  4. Serve immediately.
