Part 2 of 2
Apple Cider Vinegar and Cayenne Pepper Remedy
Some people combine ACV and cayenne pepper as a home remedy.
Recipe:
- 1 glass of warm water
- 2 tablespoons of organic apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of raw honey (optional)
- A pinch of cayenne pepper
- Juice of a lemon wedge (optional)
Usage:
- Stir well and drink once or twice a day.
- Some also use this mixture (without honey) as a gargle.
This mixture may help with mucus breakdown, but it is not a medically proven cure for sinus infections.
Important Considerations

- Mild sinus infections often resolve on their own with rest, hydration, and steam therapy.
- Persistent or worsening symptoms (lasting over 10 days, high fever, or facial swelling) require medical attention.
- Apple cider vinegar and cayenne pepper may provide relief, but they are not replacements for medical treatment when needed.
Final Thoughts

While natural remedies like apple cider vinegar and cayenne pepper may help with symptom relief, they are not scientifically proven cures for sinus infections. If symptoms persist, it’s best to consult a doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment.
