King Charles and Queen Camilla are celebrating their 20th wedding anniversary in a modern way.
The 76-year-old King and 77-year-old Queen marked the milestone on April 9, with their team sharing a new montage of their time together on Instagram.
Accompanied by the song “How Sweet It Is (To Be Loved by You)” by James Taylor, the tribute began with footage of the royal couple dancing and transitioned to photos from their Service of Prayer and Dedication at St. George’s Chapel in Windsor Castle, where their marriage was blessed in 2005.
The video also featured pictures of King Charles and Queen Camilla during their worldwide tours and attending various events across the U.K. Throughout the years, they were seen holding hands, exchanging loving glances, and sharing laughter in several heartwarming moments.

The reel featured the couple on the balcony of Buckingham Palace during their May 2023 coronation day and also showed them leaving The London Clinic together in January 2024 after the King’s surgery for an enlarged prostate. In February 2024, the palace revealed that the British monarch had been diagnosed with cancer following the procedure (though a spokesperson clarified that he does not have prostate cancer). The King’s cancer treatment is ongoing into this year.
The clip ended with a new portrait of the King and Queen, taken by Chris Jackson to mark their 20th wedding anniversary. The royals are currently on a tour of Italy, and the photos were taken at Villa Wolkonsky in Rome on April 7, their first day abroad.
