Kate was apparently heard saying that William’s beard was “never quite rounded,” to which Sophie responded that it was “a nice beard” and added, “it’s a lot better now.”
Recently, the Prince and his beard were spotted together at a public event at a school in Liverpool.

He was seen chatting with children at St Nicholas Catholic Academy in the city center, but what really stood out was the admiration he received for his gracious answer to one of the questions he was asked.
One of the students, a Year 5 boy named Mohammed, was especially thrilled to meet the royal.
In a clip recently shared on social media, Mohammed was seen asking William: “Are you the king?” In a respectful gesture towards his father, King Charles, the Prince responded: “No I’m not, I’m his son! What’s your name?”
Continuing the conversation with his new young friend, William added: “Nice to see you! You had a good day at school?”
And in a heartwarming moment, Mohammed even managed to snap a selfie with the future king.
Many people in the comments couldn’t help but share their admiration, with one person saying: “I love the humility and respect in this moment. Instead of saying, ‘I’m the prince’, he simply said, I am his son.”
“That speaks volumes about the honour he has for his father. A beautiful display of grace and humility.”
