Natural juice that is full of benefits

Part 1 of 2

These juices can help the body eliminate waste more efficiently while supplying essential nutrients that support immunity, digestion, and overall energy levels. The recipe below is simple but rich in benefits.

  • Ginger: Ginger is well known for its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant compounds. It supports healthy digestion, reduces bloating, and helps strengthen the immune system. Its natural thermogenic effect can stimulate metabolism and increase calorie burning, making it a useful ally in supporting weight management.
  • Spinach: Spinach offers a wide range of vitamins, including A, C, E, and K, along with minerals such as iron and magnesium. It is also rich in chlorophyll, which helps oxygenate and cleanse the bl00d. Thanks to its fiber content, spinach promotes digestive regularity and contributes to better overall gut health.
  • Lemon: Lemon is an excellent source of vitamin C and acts as a natural detoxifier. It helps regulate the body’s pH, supports liver function, and facilitates the elimination of toxins. Its antioxidant properties protect cells from oxidative stress and may slow premature aging.

How to Prepare the Detox Juice

Ingredients

  • Fresh ginger (to taste)
  • A handful of fresh spinach
  • Juice of one lemon
  • One glass of water

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Prepare the Ingredients

  • Ginger: Peel a small piece of fresh ginger and cut it into thin slices. A teaspoon of chopped ginger is usually a good starting point, but you can adjust according to your preference.
  • Spinach: Rinse the spinach thoroughly to remove any dirt or residue.
  • Lemon: Squeeze the lemon to obtain fresh juice. If you prefer a smoother texture, strain out the seeds.

2. Blend the Mixture
Place the ginger, spinach, and lemon juice into a blender. Add one glass of water.

3. Process Until Smooth
Blend on high speed until the mixture becomes completely smooth. If you want a lighter consistency, gradually add more water.

4. Strain or Serve as Is
Pour the juice into a glass. You may strain it if you want a thinner drink, although keeping the pulp provides more fiber and nutritional benefits.

5. Allow to Rest Briefly
Let the juice sit for about ten minutes. Then stir well before drinking.
