Prince William and Kate Unlikely to Welcome Harry and Meghan Back into the Royal Family — Here’s Why

Part 1 of 2

For many years, tensions have been building inside the royal family. See the strained relationship and the startling explanations for Prince William and Princess Kate’s refusal to accept Prince Harry and Meghan Markle back into the royal family.

Princes William and Harry were frequently seen to be inseparable, and the British royal family was formerly thought to be a close-knit group. But over time, that perception gradually deteriorated, especially following Harry and Meghan Markle’s marriage.

The chance of a reconciliation is more unclear than ever, according to individuals close to the royal family, despite the public’s optimism. What are the obstacles preventing a royal reunion? Much about the continuing division may be inferred from the reported response.

Why Prince William and Princess Kate Won’t Welcome Prince Harry and Meghan Markle Back

Although many people wanted William, Kate, and the Duke and Duchess of Sussex to get back together, the truth is far more nuanced. Their connection is strained due to unsolved betrayals that still separate the two families, not just sibling rivalry or bruised egos.

The DailyMail claims that Harry’s support and happy marriage to Meghan, who publicly stated in her 2021 interview with Oprah Winfrey that Kate made her cry and accused the Royals of racism, although she never named the accused, is the first reason William and Kate won’t be welcoming.

Charles and Kate were later suggested to be involved by a close friend of Harry and Meghan, which fueled even more hostility among the family.

The second stated explanation is that the future King and his spouse refrained from publicly expressing their complaints. William once answered a reporter’s question regarding claims of racism in the Royal family during the disclosures Harry and Meghan made to the media. “Our family is definitely not racist,” William retorted.

Insiders disclosed that William’s rage was more intense behind the scenes. There were wounds from the charges and insults thrown from the other side of the Atlantic, and there was a persistent dread that any attempt at reconciliation would lead to more treachery.
