The Duchess of Sussex unintentionally stirred up a wild online theory among critics this week after posting a Mother’s Day photo.
On Sunday (11 May), Meghan shared a picture on Instagram featuring her two children, whom she shares with Prince Harry.
In the photo, the 43-year-old could be seen holding both Prince Archie, six, and Princess Lilibet, three, in her arms as they stood together in the garden, likely at their Montecito, California home.
“Happy Mother’s Day! Cheers to juggling it all with joy!” Meghan wrote in the caption. “And to these two gems – who still attempt to climb ‘mama mountain’, smother me with kisses, and make every day the most memorable adventure… being your mom is the greatest privilege of my life.”

The former Suits actress wrapped up her post with: “I, too, ‘love you more than all the stars in all the sky, all the raindrops, and all the salt on all the french fries in all the world.'”
While Meghan’s Instagram post kept her children’s faces hidden, as has been her practice since their births, the photo still sparked a huge amount of chatter online.
Interestingly, one detail seems to have sparked the most buzz—Archie’s big toe.
At first glance, the child’s feet don’t seem all that significant, but some sharp-eyed observers have focused on the largest toe, speculating that it may have been photoshopped to stir up conversation.
