The Benefits of Walnut Leaves

Walnut leaves are packed with nutrients and powerful healing properties. They’re known to fight inflammation, viruses, and bacteria. They also contain vitamins (especially C and B), flavonoids, and plant acids that are great for your health and your skin.
What you’ll need:
- Dried walnut leaves
- Olive oil
- A small piece of honeycomb (beeswax)
How to make walnut healing oil:
- Crush the dried walnut leaves into small bits.
- Put them in a jar and add just enough olive oil to cover the leaves.
- Heat the jar in a bain-marie for 20 minutes.
- Strain the oil.
- Add a small piece of honeycomb to the warm oil.
- Gently melt the beeswax in the oil mixture using the water bath again.
How to use it:
- Rub the oil gently into your skin using circular motions.
- Place 3 walnut leaves over the treated area, then wrap it with plastic film.
- Let it sit for 30 minutes, then remove.
This oil is not only great for healing the skin, but it also boosts your immune system and gives your body a healthy, natural glow.
