According to some people in Turkey, where feral cats and dogs are given excellent care. They are also given regular veterinary care. Many bu.tchers and seafood sh.ops here leave food and water out for str.ay animals regularly.

Most str.ays are timid, respect everyone, and learn not to enter the house. They are too smart that others feel sorry for them!
