Recipe 1: Clove and Honey Infusion to Relieve Cough and Phlegm

Ingredients:

  • 5 whole cloves
  • 1 teaspoon of organic honey
  • 1 cup of water

Preparation:

  1. Boil the water in a pot until it reaches a rolling boil.
  2. Add the cloves to the water and let them simmer for about 5 minutes.
